Serix Online is your dedicated ordering platform available whenever you need it, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In this portal, you can easily order various types of personal cards, such as Photo ID cards, key fobs, access cards, and accessories.

As a customer, you have full visibility into the entire process, from order to delivery. There is also an approval function where orders must be authorized by an authorized person before they proceed to production. Our production is redundant, with capacity at both our offices in Stockholm and Ronneby, where we annually produce 4 million credentials with accompanying accessories.

Additionally, the ordering portal offers the ability to read chip numbers for seamless integration into access control systems. For customers who wish to integrate card orders from their own systems, a modern API is available that offers all the functions available on the web portal. Resellers can customize the portal according to their own needs and manage their customers’ offerings and pricing.

Fast – Easy – Secure

  1. Create an Account: To get started, you first need to create an account. We need the company’s name and address information and your logo. During registration, you choose the card layout that suits you best and specify if you want any RFID technology in the card.
  2. Template Documents and Login: Once we have created your template documents, you will receive login details for your account on the website via email. This usually takes just a day. After that, you can immediately start ordering your ID cards.
  3. Registration and Ordering: A registration fee of SEK 1,200 is invoiced when you are registered in the system. Thereafter, you only pay for what you order. We at Serix will contact you personally to go through all the details and ensure everything is as you wish.

Is it really safe to order online?

When you send your card orders to Areff, the information is protected by very strong encryption, which is unique to each orderer. The authenticity of the file is automatically checked during card production. Since our start in 1998, we have produced several hundred thousand cards in this secure manner.

Delivery Times:

– Photo ID cards are shipped within 3 working days.*

– Batch orders of <1000 are shipped within 5 working days.

– Batch orders of >1000 are shipped according to needs (usually within 5 working days, but consider possible large orders).

– Camera decals are shipped within 5 working days.

– Camera signs are shipped within 10 working days.

*Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped within three working days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped within four working days.

Own Card Production System

Our user-friendly programs, available in Swedish, help keep track of card content and design. They are designed with consideration of our long experience in card production. All types of card printers, cameras, and encoders can be integrated with the system. Standard features include magnetic stripe encoding, barcode management, and RFID chip type Mifare handling. Our programs also include a dedicated layout editor to easily create your own card layouts and much more.

ID Enterprise

With the ID Enterprise software, you can freely design ID and access cards, with the ability to include photos, background images, logos, and personal and card information. ID Enterprise is developed based on our extensive experience in ID card production.

ID Express

A Windows program for creating ID cards, access cards, and pass cards. The program includes a complete layout editor and offers additional services such as ID Badge for printing temporary cards and managing numbered card series.
