ANALYSIS
In the analysis phase, we want to understand the customer needs, ie. how do we solve the customer's problem. We look at the environment that the customer operates in, the business segment and WHO/WHAT is the end user. We also check whether there are any other requirements or standards to be met. |

DEFINITION
From the result of yje analysis we define, together with the customer, a solution. The solution can consist of a certain type of data media (card, tag or the like), a reader or plastic card printers, or perhaps an entire system. In this phase we will develop the solution. |

DELIVERY
When the solution is done, we will deliver it to the customer. At this stage the packaging is important, ie. how would you as a customer whant your solution to be delivered. A delivery may also provide installation, maintenance and servicing of a solution. |
